Membership Opportunities
The Data Center Coalition offers six (6) membership tiers: Four (4) tiers for data center owners/operators, one (1) tier for large end users, and one (1) associate tier for pre-operational owners/operators. Members must be headquartered in North America, Europe, or Japan. All companies, regardless of the tier at which they choose to become members, benefit from DCC’s public policy advocacy, stakeholder communication and outreach, thought leadership, communications, and community engagement.

BoardLeadership and Governance For organizations that want guaranteed participation in DCC’s governance to shape priorities and support long-term growth.
Eligibility Criteria Currently own, operate or have deployed data center facilities totaling 150 MW or greater capacity in multiple markets in the United States for their own corporate use or that are occupied by one or more tenants.

PartnerStrategic Collaboration Opportunities For organizations looking for ongoing engagement in relevant developments shaping the data center industry.
Eligibility Criteria Currently own, operate or have deployed data center facilities totaling 150 MW or greater capacity in multiple markets in the United States for their own corporate use or that are occupied by one or more tenants. |
GeneralCore Operational Membership For organizations seeking engagement and access to DCC’s advocacy updates, member communications, and industry developments.
Eligibility Criteria Own or operate at least one data center facility in the United States; and Have taken tangible steps toward deploying data center facilities totaling 75 MW or greater capacity in the United States for their own corporate use or for occupation by a single tenant or by multiple tenants. OR Meet the eligibility requirements for Executive, Board and Partner Membership |

Large End User
For data center customers that lease large amounts of capacity.
Eligibility Criteria
Own and operate OR lease a total of at least 50 MW capacity across two or more U.S. markets for their own corporate use.

Eligibility Criteria
Non-Utility/ Non-Energy provider data center developers, developing one or more data center facilities in the U.S. which are intended to be operational within 2 years of joining DCC.

Additional Opportunities
Industry Advisory CouncilThe Industry Advisory Council (IAC) offers organizations already serving data center customers with opportunities to stay up to date on policy and regulatory developments impacting the data center industry, support DCC’s advocacy at the federal, state, and local levels, and contribute to DCC’s communications about the contributions of the data center ecosystem.
