Keylin Lopez serves as Manager of Federal Affairs for the Data Center Coalition (DCC), the membership association serving as the voice of the U.S. data center industry.
Prior to joining DCC, Keylin spent nearly three years at Lot Sixteen, a premier D.C. lobbying and communications firm, managing a diverse policy portfolio spanning energy, water, manufacturing, and technology. During her tenure, Keylin successfully advised and assisted corporate and trade association clients on their federal advocacy strategies. Her expertise in infrastructure is further rooted in her time as a Research Analyst for the International Union of Operating Engineers (IUOE), where she helped lead strategic labor campaigns to support the workforce behind America’s most critical systems.
Originally a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Keylin holds a B.A. in Political Science and International Studies from the College of Charleston.
